New Found Happiness

On my journey for the Pursuit of Happiness this week, I had discovered something so small that brought me new happiness. A girl in my speech class had brought in Eileens' cookies for the class. Most of the kids freaked out because of how good these cookies are but I had never had one before. She gave me the first cookie of the batch and let me tell you I fell in love. The frosting is so smooth but like with a little texture at the same time, and it was bursting with flavor. I highly recommend you trying them!
