30 Days of Positivity!

This challenge is meant to help people be more positive in a span of 30 days by doing a new small activity each day. The Be More Positive Challenge writes how we have 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts a day, but 80% of them are negative. They also provide an article about how postive thinking can lead to people's success! Thus the reason they started the Be More Positive Challenge. I myself am taking part in this and I challenge you to do so as well, we all could use a little more positvity in our lives with how rough life is.
